VICKI WOOLL

Vicki Wooll, MD MPH

Dr. Wooll, proprietor of Eagle Creek Family Medicine, received her Bachelor’s of Science in Biochemistry and Master’s of Public Health, Epidemiology degrees from the University of California in Los Angeles. She obtained her medical doctorate from the Central University of Venezuela in 1996 and trained at Corpus Christi Family Practice residency program from 1997-2000. Completing residency, she was awarded the Harry F. Harren MD Award of Excellence in Family Practice and obtained national certification from the American Board of Family Medicine.
 
Dr. Wooll has been in private practice since residency and established Eagle Creek Family Medicine in 2006. She actively pursues professional duties in a variety of areas. Since 2011, she has served the Board of Trustees of the Idaho Medical Association as the Alternate Delegate to the American Medical Association. Nationally, she advocates in Washington DC for the National Physician's Counsel for Healthcare Policy as the Co-Vice Chair of Family Medicine.  Dr. Wooll is on the Board of Directors for the Independent Doctors of Idaho (IDID) and also serves as Medical Director for Stanton Healthcare, which is a life-affirming clinic specializing in unexpected pregnancy.  She served 6 years on the Board of Directors for the Ada County Medical Society and Genesis World Mission.
 
Dr. Wooll is a graduate of Leadership Boise of the Boise Metro Chamber of Commerce and remains committed to staying involved with multiple advocacy activities at local, state and national levels focusing on health care access and reform.  In 2011, Dr. Wooll received the Women of Today and Tomorrow Silver Sage Award given by the Girl Scouts. She has thoroughly enjoyed medical mission work including multiple trips to Africa, India, Central and South America. She is fluent in Spanish and enjoys time spent with her two lovely daughters, son-in-law, traveling, camping and cooking.

CHRISTA INZER CASTILLO

Christa Inzer Castillo, PA-C MPH

Christa Inzer Castillo grew up in the Treasure Valley and graduated from Meridian High School. She then pursued a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Biology from Albertson’s College of Idaho now known as the College of Idaho. Between high school and graduate school she gained medical experience working as a certified nursing assistant in a local nursing home and home health care agency, she then worked as medical assistant in a family practice office. In 2008, Christa completed two masters’ degrees, one in Physician Assistant Studies and another in Public Health from Touro University-California College of Health Sciences in Vallejo, California.

Upon obtaining her national certification as a Physician Assistant, Christa began her career at Eagle Creek Family Medicine. She thoroughly enjoys establishing relationships with her patients and building upon these with family members, one of the beauties of being involved in family medicine. Her special medical interests include preventative medicine, preteen and adolescent health and geriatrics. Christa believes in a holistic approach to long term health care that includes spirituality. When she is not working, she enjoys being a mom to 3 beautiful children, swimming, church functions, outdoor adventures with her husband and taking care of her multitude of animals including her dog, llama, goats, and chickens.

IRIS MILLER GALLEGOS

Iris Miller Gallegos, LCSW

Courage is a defining characteristic of anyone deciding to seek counseling, and I'm grateful to be a part of that journey.  You will bring unique strengths, challenges and experiences.

My goal is to help you navigate your journey in a way that honors your life and utilizes your inner strengths.  In my 22 years of clinical social work experience and 15 years of ministerial counseling,
I have utilized a collaborative approach that may include psychodynamic therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, EMDR and family systems therapy. 

I offer my experience, faith and hope in a safe, non-judgemental environment for you to work through your challenges.
